Alo Martha Church

Alo Martha Church was born December 12, 1920, to Oscar and Cora Mae Voshel Hinkel in Wadena, IA. She was united in marriage to Leonard L. Church July 21, 1945, in Waterloo, IA. The couple has lived in Albert Lea for the last 38 years. Alo had been employed at Mead Containers. Survivors include her husband, Leonard of Albert Lea; daughter, Carol and her husband, Wayne Grinnell of Green Valley, AZ; grandchildren, Steven Grinnell of Rochester, MN, and Debbie and her husband, Steve Robb of Fergus Falls, MN; great-granddaughter, Samantha Jean Robb; sisters, Bernadine and her husband, Ron Ginter of Rochester, NY, and Betty and her husband, Robert Pries of Waterloo, IA; brothers, John Hinkel of Waterloo, IA, and Robert Hinkel of Marquette, IA; and many nieces and nephews. Alo was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Russel, Donald, Richard, Delmar, and William; and sister, Ona Buck.
