Cleo Marie Ress

Cleo M. Ress, 88 passed away on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Cleo was born on June 2, 1938 to Walter and Velma Ress. Cleo loved to spend her time watching the Minnesota Vikings and Twins. She was also a skilled knitter, and would knit prayer shawls for the local churches. When she wasn’t watching sports, or knitting prayer shawls, she enjoyed playing card games, especially Hand and Foot.

Cleo is survived by her daughter Cheryl (Marc) Batt, son Kent (Kim) Huddleston, and daughter Liesette Roe. Her grandchildren Kerri, Tiffany, Alysia, Jacob, Mariya, Linsey, Christopher; several great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews. Her sister Rebecca Hall and her brother Walter Otto Ress jr.

Cleo is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Velma Ress; and her brother Jim Ress.
