Garrett Gene Hatle, 79, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Good Samaritan Society Chapel at 1:30 PM with visitation to be held for an hour prior to the service. Reverend Kent Otterman will be officiating.
Garrett was born in Waseca Minnesota on April 11, 1946 to Wesley and Edna (Boetman) Hatle. After graduating from high school he enlisted in the Navy where he served for many years. On November 7, 1985 Garrett married Twila at the First Lutheran Church of Glenville.
Garrett is survived by his stepdaughters Rayna (Tim) Pagel and Darla Jensen.
He is preceded in death by his wife Twila, parents Wesley and Edna, sister Katherine Woodside, brothers Greg Hatle and Raymond Hatle.
