Gary Lee Jacobsma, 78, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 10:30AM at Bayview Freeborn Funeral Home. Visitation shall be held from 5-7PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at the funeral home and for an hour prior to the service. Minister Ryan Martens will be officiating.
