Janet Marie Olson

Janet Marie Olson was born June 7, 1947, to Clarence L. and Marie L. Beck Helland in Albert Lea. She was baptized and confirmed at the Mansfield Lutheran Church. Janet graduated from Alden High School in 1965. She had been employed as a housekeeper at motels in the area and most recently in the Laundry Department at St. John's Lutheran Home. Survivors include her daughter, Amy Olson of Rochester; son, Christopher Olson of Waseca; sister-in-law, Anita Helland of Emmons; and nephews: Curt and his wife, Marie Helland, Jason and his wife, Shari Helland, and Matthew Helland. Janet was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Helland.
