Ralph Yotter

Ralph Yotter, 89, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the Prairie Senior Cottages Care Center in New Richland, MN. A Celebration on Life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 10am-2pm at the Purple Goose in Janesville, MN. Pastor Christina Mitchell Kadelbach will be officiating.

Ralph was born on August 12, 1936 to Fred and Ruth Yotter in Hadley, MN. After highschool, he married Patricia Mitchell, and together they had six children: Bonnie, David, Julie, Dennis, Daniel, and Doug.

Ralph worked at the United Parcel Service for over 40 years as a mechanic. He was a self-sufficient man, always fixing things up. He loved to work on anything broken and was able to bring any mechanical thing back to life. He even hand built his own garage. He loved working on international tractors.

Ralph was also an outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, and especially deer hunting. He cherished the time spent with family the most though.

Ralph is survived by his wife Patricia; children Bonnie Villerreal, David Yotter, Julie (Kevin) Kvenvold, and Doug (Shelly) Yotter.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Ruth Yotter; children Daniel and Dennis Yotter; and his brothers Joel, Richard, and Harold Yotter.
