Sandra Carter, 76, passed away on January 18, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Albert Lea, MN. A memorial service will be held at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home of Albert Lea on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1:30pm. Pastor Matt Hundley will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Albert Lea Humane Society.
