Steven (Zeke) George Ziebell

Funeral services for Steven “Zeke†George Ziebell, age 59, of Myrtle, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. Rev. Reuben Unseth will officiate. Interment will be at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. Online condolences are welcome at www.bayviewfuneral.com.

Steven was born on July 24, 1957 in Austin, Minnesota, the son of George and Elaine (Monson) Ziebell. He graduated from Glenville High School. Steven then worked for Miller Tiling, Speltz elevator, Pillsbury elevator, and Sorenson Brothers as a heavy equipment operator. Steven enjoyed deer hunting, bowling, darts, and was a member of the Moose Lodge.
Steven is survived by his father, George; siblings, Pauline (Lyle) Flugum of Glenville, Kevin (Carole) Ziebell of Lewiston, and Peter Ziebell of Myrtle; nieces and nephews, Japheth Ziebell, Joel Ziebell, Alicyn Ziebell, Jennifer Flugum, and Robert (Lacy) Flugum; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine; and nephew, Jonathan Flugum.
