My heart goes out to all of you on this day. Your family was so very important to my childhood and truly like a second family to me. The tremendous people that each of you have become is a living testimony to what great people and parents Mike and Alayna have been. Rest In Peace Mike. I will miss you. Alayna, Joel, Bruce, Danette, and Amanda thank you for the memories and for being there for me all of these years. Love you all.

Paul and I want to extend our sincere sympathy. We are lifting up Alayna and all of Mike's beloved family in prayer for God's love, mercy, comfort and peace, but celebrating with Mike as he is now with Jesus, his Savior! We would be with you today as you celebrate Mike's life, but we are in Mexico. We have many good memories of Mike and his family. The Davis families and Rhones were together for holidays, picnics, 4-H, the Freeborn Co. fair, Hendrickson reunions, and of course, church at Deer Creek Valley. Mike and I were in Sunday School, confirmation and graduated from GHS together, even sharing our graduation party. Paul went to school with Mike when he was in Northwood and had a good business relationship with him. You could always count on Mike.
When we were young parents, I babysat for Joel and Bruce when Alayna worked at the Northwood Retirement Home. Our children grew up living a couple of miles away and were educated at Deer Creek Valley Church together, too. Many shared memories!!
We will continue to pray for all who knew and loved Mike.
Love and Prayers,
